That’s what you can expect from a Solution-Focused Hypnotherapy (SFH) session.
It’s a unique type of ‘talking therapy’ that combines the use of hypnosis and psychotherapy to help you make significant, positive changes in your life within a relatively short period of time.
In an SFH session, your therapist will help you take control of your thinking habits and use hypnosis or trance to access your subconscious, to rewire your thinking to achieve the desired positive changes.
Hypnosis or trance is very natural and completely safe as it is often referred to as a “daydream” feeling, where you naturally go in and out during the day. It’s not magic and certainly not mind-control.
During this time, your conscious mind goes into the “Alpha” frequency (relaxed state) when you’re awake but not really concentrating on any one thing. At this state, your subconscious mind becomes more aware and can focus on listening to positive suggestions to build new thoughts patterns or beliefs.

My role is to help facilitate people to access their subconscious mind through trance which brings the conscious and subconscious mind together to focus on finding a solution to their issue. This approach goes hand in hand with modern coaching techniques, where I help you incorporate positive psychology principles and practices into your daily life.
